About the Organisation
Join a leading European medical device manufacturer that is well established and holds an exceptional reputation in the market. Specialising in state of the art medical devices across electrosurgery, cryosurgery, and plasma surgery, their advanced generators and surgical instruments are widely utilised in hospitals globally for general surgery, gastroenterology, pulmonary, and gynaecology.
Your New Role
As the Territory Manager for Sydney, you will take ownership of major hospital accounts across the state. Operating as a dedicated product specialist and brand representative, you will provide clinical and technical expertise to hospital teams, theatre staff, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
Key Duties
Account Management & Growth: Manage existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and execute robust sales pipeline strategies across the territory.
Clinical Case Support: Provide hands on, in theatre support during clinical cases, including setting up units/instruments, advising on product usage, and troubleshooting technical problems.
Training & Demonstrations: Deliver technical and clinical product training to customers, alongside organizing and supporting local workshops, congresses, and exhibitions.
Strategic Collaboration: Ensure demo products are effectively utilised to support sales and clinical activities, while collaborating closely with the wider state and national teams to ensure seamless customer support.
What We Are Looking For
Education: A Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Medical Science, or Business Management.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of successful medical device sales experience, ideally within the electrosurgical market or similar field
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passionate, self motivated, and collaborative team player mindset.
Commercial Acumen: A proven capability in developing and executing commercial growth strategies and managing pipelines.
