Location & Work Environment
Onsite Presence: This is a fully onsite role to support the physical ICT infrastructure and devices used
- Primary Locations: You will be based at the Bacchus Marsh and Melton offices
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Deliver frontline support for Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Incident Management: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while meeting SLA targets.
Specialised Systems: Maintain critical clinical equipment, including nurse call systems and Capsa Carts.
Documentation: Create knowledge base articles to empower staff and streamline support
- Collaboration: Work with project teams, vendors, and other DTS units to implement technical solution
What You’ll Need (Selection Criteria)
- Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Experience: Proven background in ICT Desktop or Service Desk environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clinical staff.
- Flexibility: A valid driver’s license and the ability to participate in a rotational on-call roster.
