• Ability to take full responsibility for defining, driving, and completing medium-scale projects within budget and schedule.
• How you form, lead, and delegate tasks to workgroups, set capability targets, and support recruitment/resourcing.
• Approach to adopting delivery methods, tailoring processes, and designing reporting/measurement metrics.
• Experience analyzing release components and maintaining software delivery processes.

• Experience managing delivery across multiple teams or workstreams in complex, product-based environments.
• Strong capability in integrated delivery planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, and risk/issue management.
• Experience using delivery and tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
• Familiarity supporting release planning, coordination, and readiness across teams.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and decision-focused reporting skills for senior stakeholders.
