Role accountabilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document current state business processes using BPMN.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate optimized business processes into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and user expectations.
- Analyse UAT feedback, document defects, and collaborate with development teams on resolutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement.
- Deep understanding and practical application of BPMN for process modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory
Highly regarded skills:
- Formal training or certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with process mining tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with e-forms is highly regarded.
