Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)

• Develop and optimise workflows, service frameworks, and process flows

• Create clear, visual diagrams and documentation using modern tools

• Maintain and evolve a comprehensive service catalogue and knowledge base

• Collaborate with Technical Service Managers on domain analysis and planning

• Enhance team engagement, communication, and collaboration practices

• Foster a community of practice and continuous improvement

• Leverage Confluence and Jira to support knowledge sharing and project tracking

Skills & Experience
✅ Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or ICT Consultant in large, complex environments
✅ Strong understanding of Agile, ICT service management, and workflow optimisation
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to simplify technical content
✅ Demonstrated experience using Confluence and Jira
✅ Ability to drive collaboration and facilitate cross-functional teamwork
✅ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation best practices

Desirable
✔ Experience within government, council, or similarly scaled ICT environments
✔ Familiarity with Brisbane City Council systems and structure
