About the role:
You will own the end-to-end internal recruitment lifecycle for a large fast-paced site. Your days will be a mix of running local talent pipelines, coordinating on-site inductions, and being the go-to face for workforce queries.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment from job posting through to onboarding.
Partnering closely with multiple on-site hiring managers
Coordinating crucial pre-employment steps
Maintaining crisp records and workflows
Managing candidate care and payroll or contract queries
About you:
We are looking for a high-energy recruiter who genuinely loves the fast pace of blue-collar or high-volume staffing.
The Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in blue-collar resourcing, rapid agency recruitment, or high-volume labor-hire
The Drive: Sharp stakeholder management skills, strict adherence to recruitment KPIs, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
