Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: Western Suburbs - Melbourne VIC (Hybrid - close to public transport)
Salary: $70 per hour + super

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organisation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a critical role to support a busy period of resourcing within a large, public-sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial job briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including posting advertisements, searching internal databases, and utilising professional networking platforms.
- Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates, including coordinating interviews and assessments.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, award conditions, and process compliance.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately recorded and tracked within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SuccessFactors.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an internal Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes with hiring managers.
- Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with experience using SuccessFactors being highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
