The Opportunity:
Randstad Melbourne are partnered with a very busy contractor continuously delivering on Victoria's most significant Infrastructure projects in Melbourne.
This role will suit a Site Supervisor who is familiar with navigating Tier-1 sites with experience delivering concrete structures packages up to $15 million+.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee the following core duties:
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily execution of FRP packages, ensuring all formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement meets project specifications.
Leading and mentoring onsite crews, including direct labour and subcontractors, to hit production targets safely.
Coordinating with project engineers and managers to interpret structural drawings and formwork designs.
Managing onsite logistics, including the scheduling of plant, material deliveries, and concrete pours.
Maintaining rigorous safety and quality assurance documentation in line with Tier 1 project requirements.
Monitoring project timelines and proactively identifying potential risks or delays to the program.
Conducting daily pre-starts and toolboxes to ensure clear communication of site goals and safety hazards.
To be successful, you should possess experience as a Supervisor within the civil construction industry, specifically specialising in formwork and structural concrete. Experience working under the requirements of Tier 1 principal contractors is essential, as is the ability to manage complex logistics within a live infrastructure environment. You should possess strong communication skills, a trade background, and the leadership capability to drive a crew toward daily targets.
