In this fast-paced call center role, you will make a meaningful impact on members' financial futures by providing expert guidance on their superannuation and retirement inquiries.
What You’ll Do:
Manage inbound calls, providing tailored solutions regarding superannuation and retirement products.
Build strong rapport with members, demonstrating genuine empathy for their individual needs.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure accurate, first-contact resolution of complex issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes to effectively guide members.
What We Are Looking For:
Industry Experience: Proven customer service experience within the superannuation or retirement industry.
Qualifications: RG146 compliance is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills to handle inbound voice calls effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of superannuation products, retirement planning, and regulatory requirements.
Systems: Experience using CRM systems and knowledge bases to accurately record member details.
Drive: A commitment to hitting KPIs and performance targets while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
