Creative Content & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a proactive, driven, and highly creative Social Media and Content Manager to own and elevate the brand presence for a respected, industry-leading construction business. The Role: Own Our Story and Output
This pivotal role will be the driving force behind our online and digital narrative. You will be responsible for defining our creative voice and translating it into engaging content across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities Include:
... Content Strategy & Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand voice.
Creative Content Generation: Plan, create, and schedule compelling social media content across channels, with a focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Written Content Production: Source, write, and manage engaging blog content for the company website.
Digital Communications Management: Manage all HubSpot communications, including newsletters, automated campaigns, and audience segmentation.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics to continuously optimize strategies for optimal results.
Community Engagement: Monitor, manage, and respond to comments and feedback on social media to actively foster community engagement.
Skills Required: The Creative Toolkit
You are an experienced content creator who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on, high-quality execution.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven ability to capture and create compelling content that drives engagement (social media, video, and blog).
Proficiency in Instagram and LinkedIn, along with experience using social media scheduling tools (preferably Sked Social).
Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, CRM, and content distribution.
Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellence in corporate communications, media relations, and content creation.
Strong videogrpahy skills, including using a drone
