Multiple Site Supervisor roles have become available to lead on-site operations and drive project success across southern Tasmania
Site Supervisor duties include, overseeing daily site activities, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time. As a site supervisor you'll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, liaising with project managers and maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor across a range of civil projects including bulk and detailed earthworks; preparation, placement and finishing of concrete footings, slabs and pavements; retaining walls, carparks, footpaths and drainage solutions.
- Strong understanding of pipework, pavement construction and GPS set-out
- Ability to prepare and implement SWMS and risk assessments
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
Desirable:
- Experience working on medium to large civil projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
