You’ll be on the ground running high-end, architecturally designed residential projects. Working alongside a seasoned Construction Manager, you’ll be the eyes and ears on-site, ensuring our reputation for elite craftsmanship stays intact while keeping the job moving.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the Site: Take ownership of daily operations across custom builds from slab to handover.
Trade Coordination: Manage the schedule, wrangle subcontractors, and ensure materials are on-site before the boys arrive.
Program & Budget: Keep the job on the critical path without cutting corners on the finish.
Safety & Compliance: Run a tight ship, ensure everyone goes home!
Problem Solving: Spot the "architectural headaches" before they become expensive mistakes and fix them on the fly.
Communication: Clear, no-nonsense reporting to the CM and honest, direct management of trades.
About You
Trade Background: You’re a Qualified Carpenter who knows what a good frame looks like.
Proven Experience: You’ve got 2+ years in a Supervisor in the custom residential space.
Technical Knowledge: You can read a set of plans better than most and understand complex residential methods.
Growth Mindset: You’re over the "know-it-all" attitude; you want to learn the business side and level up your career.
High Standards: You have a "good enough isn't good enough" mentality when it comes to the final fix and finish.
