As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking experienced Site Foreman to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in high-profile projects while growing your career with a company that truly values its people, their expertise, and their craft.
The Role
- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management
- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for a local commercial construction head contractor working on large scale developments
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders

- $160,000 - $190,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
