What you'll be doing:
As the Senior Shopper Insights Analyst, you'll be instrumental in:
Producing planned reports and dashboards to track and evaluate campaign performance.
Summarising business performance for quarterly reviews, presenting insights to various stakeholders.
Consulting on the connections and differences between business and shopper data to uncover new opportunities.
Becoming the go-to expert in market understanding, particularly utilising Circana data.
Proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand their priorities and introduce innovative analytical solutions.
Managing, extracting, cleaning, processing, and analysing both structured and unstructured datasets to derive robust business insights.
Actively participating in data blending and reporting developments using PowerBI.
What you'll bring:
We're looking for someone with:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting development.
A strong academic background in Mathematics, coupled with some knowledge in statistical modelling.
Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and PowerBI is essential.
Proven expertise in data management and data integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong project management capabilities and a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
Demonstrated marketing analytics experience, with the ability to translate data insights into tangible business strategies.
Strong technical skills in at least one of the following: Python, SQL, R, or SPSS.
Prior experience using scan point of sale (POS) data, transaction-level data, and shopper behaviour data is highly preferred.
Experience with Circana or other FMCG cross-industry data will be a significant advantage.
An understanding of location intelligence or geospatial analytics is a bonus.
