Join our growing Property Services client in Western Sydney as a Service & Scheduling Coordinator. This is a high-impact, critical role where your coordination skills directly drive project delivery and client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be the central operational hub, ensuring seamless project delivery by managing all resources and timelines:
Create, maintain, and manage the daily dispatch and scheduling of field technicians and crews across multiple job sites.
Act as the immediate escalation point for urgent scheduling conflicts, deploying mitigation and contingency plans to minimize downtime.
Work closely with Case Managers to develop achievable project timelines and robust resource plans.
Coordinate the efficient allocation of labour, specialist equipment, and materials to maximize job readiness.
Proactively track progress and ensure all scheduling data and job management systems are always accurate and well-maintained.
The Package
$75,000 – $95,000 + Superannuation (Commensurate with experience).
Time In Lieu (TOIL) compensation for any occasional hours required during critical operational periods.
Clear pathways for career development and advancement within a rapidly expanding business.
Regular team lunches and on-site parking provided.
What You'll Bring to the Table
We're looking for an experienced professional ready for a challenge:
2+ years experience in a high-volume Scheduling, Dispatch, or Resource Coordination role.
Proven background in construction, insurance repair, trades, or facilities management is highly regarded.
Exceptional logistics planning, clear communication, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
