Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound & outbound calls from clients
Book & schedule technicians for on-site jobs
Keep clients & technicians in the loop with regular updates
Process invoices & finalise completed jobs
General admin tasks including invoicing and reporting

About You

A confident communicator with great people skills
Organised, reliable, and ready to learn
Solid Microsoft Office skills
Simpo experience is a plus but not essential
Previous coordination or scheduling experience is desirable
