Looking for a Service Administrator to start immediately to cover a sick leave absence within a dedicated Service Team. You will provide crucial administrative support for the team managing service roll outs for a major retail client.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, and working alongside the existing Service Administrator. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing invoices for service work.
- Assisting with the scheduling of jobs.
- Using the internal system for quick data entry and referencing.
- Filing and organising essential service documents.
About you:
- Prior experience working in a service environment is highly desirable.
- System Experience: Some experience using similar ERP systems, with exposure to Pronto being a significant advantage.
- Meticulous approach to invoicing and document filing.
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks and systems (training provided).
- Comfortable working within a small, dedicated team.
