About the opportunity

As a Senior Structural Engineer within the business, you will balance high level technical delivery with strategic stakeholder management. Your day to day will involve:

• Engineering Leadership: Taking full ownership of projects from concept to construction, acting as the primary technical authority for clients and builders.

• Design Excellence: Leading the design and documentation for diverse residential and light commercial projects, ensuring every outcome is practical and high-quality.

• On-Site Presence: Conducting critical site inspections (including footing and foundation stages) and resolving complex constructability issues in real-time.

• Strategic Growth: Building and strengthening client relationships while mentoring a high-performing, growing team.

About You

You are a seasoned professional who believes that great engineering is rooted in great relationships. To hit the ground running, you will:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Have a minimum 5+ years experience in structural design of residential houses
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and residential construction practices.
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a CBOS license.
