Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of assigned ICT projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Supervise and mentor project staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Review and develop several essential project and program-level artefacts.
- Coordinate multiple projects to contribute to the overarching goals of the transformation program.
- Develop and maintain resource plans while reviewing and managing project management documentation effectively.
- Monitor and assess project health focusing on scope, governance, risks, and issues to inform decision-making.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment is highly desirable.
- Tertiary level qualifications and/or certification in Project Management and Program Management are mandatory. These include one or more of: Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Practitioner, Management of Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation.
