We have an immediate need for a Project Manager at an AO7 level.

PM duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of building projects including;
- Pre-Design
- Design,
- Documentation,
- Contract Administration
- Post construction activities
- Assist in taking responsibility for the quality and suitability of the building product delivered to the client.
- Coordinate the activities of other project staff, external consultants, building contractors, managers and other business units in the achievement of project objectives.
- Provide a high level of contract coordination in respect to traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
- Ensure individual project team members involved in the provision of pre-design, documentation, contract administration, and post construction services to clients are engaged, communicated with and coordinated effectively.
- Lead negotiations with consultants, local authorities, internal and departmental stakeholders, the client and contractors to ensure value for money solutions are identified and delivered.
- Utilise experience and professional knowledge to add value to discussions and ensure appropriate stakeholder management is undertaken.
- Assist the Principal Project Leader/Senior Project Manager to determine attainable fees for services under your control and where necessary, generate the approval for the billing of clients.
- Ensure all quality assurance procedures within the work area are followed.
- Proactively manage the work performance and personal conduct of your staff
It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
