Our Queensland team is well positioned with experience and accredited professionals, so we are open to surveyors still getting their formal accreditation.

The Roles

1. Senior Building Surveyor

Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 + Super (Negotiable for the right expert) We are looking for a leader in the making or a seasoned consultant with commercial experience and can lead projects.

• The Requirement: You must have the tertiary qualifications and deep commercial experience required to be (or become) accredited at a Senior level.

• The Focus: Managing Tier-1 client relationships and navigating complex BCA/NCC compliance on multi-million dollar projects.

2. Mid-Level Building Surveyor

Salary: Up to $150,000 + Super Perfect for a professional who has "cut their teeth" in the commercial space and is looking to step up into more complex asset classes.

• The Focus: Moving away from standard builds and into specialized sectors like Data Centres and Healthcare.

What We Are Looking For

Note: This is a strictly Commercial/Industrial/Institutional focused role. Candidates who has experience in this sector will be highly regarded.

• Commercial DNA: You understand the nuances of Class 2-9 buildings.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex architectural plans and provide strategic advice during the design phase.

• Local Knowledge: A strong grasp of the QLD building legislative framework.

• Ambition: Even if you aren't currently registered, you have the drive and the eligible background to get there with our support.
