The Role
This position works within a well supported team to manage the full development, procurement and delivery of agency infrastructure and land outcomes, your key tasks will include.
- Lead and manage design, project planning, construction, financial tracking and handover of major facility projects.
- Provide high level, expert advice to executives and senior leaders regarding programs.
- Foster productive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regional operations, committees and volunteers.
- Embed facility building standards in accordance with the Australian Build Code, SafeWork SA practices and the SA Government Procurement Policy Framework.
Skills & Experience
In order to be considered for this position, you will need the following experience.
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure project management and the successful delivery of complex facility projects on time and on budget.
- Proven capabilities in managing project budgets.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to produce high quality project plans, briefings and reports.
- A current valid driver's license
- Tertiary qualifications in project management desirable.
