Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of institutional projects greater than $40m
- Manage project life cycle: feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, hand-over and defects.
- Oversee project teams including Contracts Administrators, site teams and subcontractors.
- Manage compliance with quality, safety (OHS) and environmental factors.
- Control project risks, cost drives, program impacts and change management.
Key Requirements:
- A relevant Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
- Demonstrative Construction Project management experience in the institutional sector on projects greater than $40m.
- Excellent commercial acumen: financial budgets, contracts, claims and variations.
- Exceptional leadership and people skills: ability to inspire, manage and develop project teams; balanced with hands-on execution.
- Nonrestrictive working rights in Australia - unfortunately no sponsorship
