About The Role:
You will successfully manage the delivery of a large scale program by leading collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams to manage and resolve issues and risks to project delivery. The position is accountable for ensuring consistency, accuracy and efficiency in project delivery, cost and risk management across all assigned projects.

This will include:
- Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
- Establish an enterprise framework for sustainably servicing large water users.
- Managing the program’s budget, monitoring expenditures and costs against benefits as the program progresses and ensuring program-level forecasts are accurate
- Collaborate with data centres on early planning (location, infrastructure, water supply types, and volumes).
- Influence external policy advocacy and achieve regulatory reform.
- Establishing, maintaining and improving current systems and processes to support the delivery of the program and the projects within it in conjunction with the program team and program stakeholders
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the program management team, senior managers, the project teams and third- party service providers
- Program management and/or regional delivery of large investment programs
- Experience transforming and setting programs from the ground up by creating a service that currently doesn't exist.
