My client is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist / manager to take the lead on paid media strategy and execution for their growing client base. This is a hands-on role with significant strategic input, focused on achieving strong ROAS, scaling successful campaigns, and directly contributing to client business objectives across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement effective paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other key channels.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to drive strong performance, focusing on efficiency, scale, and ROI.
- Manage key client relationships, providing strategic guidance and delivering exceptional results.
- Develop clear and insightful performance reports that connect metrics to business outcomes.
- Effectively manage client budgets to maximise impact and achieve campaign goals.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate effectively with creative, account management, and client teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within an agency setting.
- A strong track record of delivering high-performing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Experience managing monthly budgets ranging from $2.5K to $100K+.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and platform-specific reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- Strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
