HR Partners is partnering with an Australian digital household name, for multiple Instructional Designer roles to drive a critical capability uplift. These are 6-month contract opportunities. These roles report into the Associate Director of Capability. These high-visibility, hands-on assignments involve driving the end-to-end design and delivery of contemporary learning, with a specific focus on the Retail and Contact Centre re-vamp. The environment is fast-paced, requires high resilience, and a focus on delivery and outcomes and previous work experience from highly regulatory industries is strong beneficial i.e. financial services in insurance and banking.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
... - Drive the end-to-end design and delivery of contemporary learning experiences for the Contact Centre re-vamp project.
- Translate current processes and capability gaps into clear, engaging, and accessible learning content.
- Create a variety of learning materials, including e-learning, facilitator guides, quick reference tools, and performance support tools.
- Work independently, demonstrating a hands-on approach and a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
- Manage constant reprioritisation and multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Instructional Design experience, with the resilience and capability to work in a large, complex, and fast-moving organisation.
- Strong capability and knowledge in contemporary learning design practices.
- A proven ability to operate autonomously and manage a dynamic workload, including constant change and shift.
- A focus on delivery and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Experience working in a Contact Centre and/or Retail environment is highly advantageous, though not essential.
