key accountabilities:
- Partner with General Manager and Executive Manager stakeholders to translate overarching business priorities into robust, actionable People Plans.
- Lead organisational design, change management, and culture initiatives that drive sustainable productivity and engagement.
- Drive talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development strategies to build a future-ready workforce.
- Utilise people metrics and dashboards to provide targeted outcomes and recommend adjustments that enhance organisational performance.
To be successful in this role you will be a seasoned HR leader who thrives in complexity, possess the executive gravitas to influence at the highest levels and have a pragmatic approach to navigating cultural shifts. With a proven track record as a Senior HRBP or HR Manager within large-scale corporate environments, you are a natural people leader committed to fostering high-performance cultures. You are known for a measured, collaborative style with the ability to translate complex obligations into clear, actionable advice.
