This organisation is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior HR Consultant to join their Corporate Services team. They are a leading public sector integrity agency committed to serving the public interest by providing independent auditing and reporting on state and local government finances and performance.
As a Senior HR Consultant, you'll be a key player in the HR team, providing expert, customer-focused advice across the entire office. Your role will involve managing complex and sensitive HR matters, including:
Employee Relations: Partnering with leaders to resolve issues and case-manage sensitive situations like performance management and grievances.
Policy and Compliance: Interpreting and applying HR legislation, Public Sector Standards, and internal policies to provide sound advice.
Workforce Development: Coordinating learning and professional development programs to build capability and support a positive workplace culture.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective outcomes.
You will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that support their business objectives and uphold their core values of Integrity, Quality, and Service. This position requires a high degree of initiative, sound judgement, and excellent communication skills to influence positive outcomes.
