The Opportunity
A high-impact, all-rounder contract opportunity for a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our client for a 6-month period. The primary goal is to ensure the HR team remains agile and impactful during a high-workload phase driven by a major transformation. As a versatile all-rounder you will provide seamless HR strategic partnership and the technical expertise necessary to sustain momentum. You will be expected to flex across diverse functions, including Manufacturing & Operations,
The Role
The primary focus will be providing high-level BAU support, particularly within the Manufacturing and Operations environments. By managing the day-to-day people agenda, you will enable the broader HR team to focus on global initiatives. While the core of the role is grounded in operational excellence, you will also contribute to project-based work, including Organisational Design, Change Management, and Talent & Development as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Partnership: Act as the dedicated HRBP for specific client groups, managing the end-to-end people lifecycle and resolving complex issues autonomously.
- Project & Data Management: Support the HRBP group from a Project Management perspective. This includes data analysis, maintaining project administration, and ensuring clear communication across the HR team.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide expert coaching to senior managers, helping them navigate a fast-paced environment and execute employee survey action items.
- Process Excellence: Apply a deep and broad knowledge of HR processes (gained in global organisations) to ensure high standards are maintained during a busy period.
- Agile Support: Flex across different areas of the business as needed, offering agile support to other parts of the business.
About You
You will be a highly organised professional who thrives in a "doing" role and can manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Experienced Generalist: You have a proven track record as an HRBP in a dynamic global organisation, with specific experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with data and administration, using your analytical skills to support HR projects and reporting.
- Change-Ready: While your focus is BAU, you have the skills to contribute to Org Design and Change Management workstreams when the business needs it.
- Collaborative & Autonomous: You are a proactive problem-solver who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
