The Role

The Senior Estimator will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the Estimating function.

Responsibilities include:

• Independently producing high-quality, accurate, and competitive construction cost estimates.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to Junior team members.
• Managing medium-to-high complexity and high-value tenders.
• Driving value-engineering outcomes.
• Ensuring every bid is commercially robust, risk-aware, and positioned to win profitable work.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrative experience of at least 7-10 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
• Commercial & Industrial experience is essential
• Proven expertise with estimating software - Cubit, Cubit Select & Buildsoft
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
