Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial aspects of both the Head Contract and Trade Subcontracts to ensure projects run to budget.
Procurement and trade letting negotiations and issuing of subcontracts
Subcontractor administration incl. of assessment of trade progress claims, variations etch
Head Contract administration including variations, monthly progress claims etc.
RFI’s and document management.
Lead and support staff with strong communication.
Communicate and develop relationships with site team and stakeholders to aid the project.
Prepare monthly reports to provide accurate details of the project’s financial status incl. cost to complete reports, tender analysis for each trade prior to appointment, projects financial status.
Participate in PCG, design, subcontractor meetings and ensure accurate minutes are kept of proceedings.
About You:
The successful candidates will demonstrate:
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Construction Management
Demonstrative experience as Contract Administrator
Excellent communication & Time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
Proficient Construction systems use (Jobpac, Aconex preferably)
Proactive, solutions focused individual
Clear understanding of the Australian Construction standards
Positive and willing attitude

You will be employed permanently, working initially on a $100m social housing project based in Dandenong.
