As the Senior Contract Administrator you will be required to:
The successful candidate will have:

Led commercial tracking and processing for subcontractor claims, payments, and variations.
Oversaw the issuance and tracking of EOTs, RFIs, and site instructions.
Organise and updated all project documentation and contract repositories.
Supported the negotiation and resolution of minor contract disputes.
- Mentor, develop and upskill junior Contract Administrator team members.
The successful candidate will have:
- Construction related degree
- 5 + years of experience Contract Administrator in the Construction Industry
- Experience working on Commercial New Build projects greater than $40m
- Excellent communication, written and negotiation skills
- A bright upbeat, and hardworking attitude with a driven attitude to work apart of the team
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
