• Building, configuring, maintaining and supporting cloud platforms and services using established cloud and DevOps practices including working with well-architected frameworks.
• Implementing and maintaining IaC, automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to support repeatable and reliable deployments.
• Applying secure-by-design principles and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security requirements and relevant government standards.
• Monitoring system performance, availability and security, and proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.

• Experience in design, deployment, configuration and optimisation of cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform/OpenTofu/Ansible) and container technologies.
• Experience scripting with Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience working with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Sound knowledge of a range of ICT operations including backups, storage, data protection, and security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments.
