About the opportunity

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high impact civil infrastructure projects. You will be liaising with a client base that includes local councils, government agencies, and private developers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Leadership: Managing the full lifecycle of specialist (water/roads) or multidisciplinary projects, ensuring delivery within scope and budget.

• Design & Technical Excellence: Leading the creation of design documentation, technical reports, and specifications for state, municipal, and commercial sectors.

• Relationship Management: Liaising with stakeholders, authorities, and contractors to build long-term partnerships.

• Mentorship: Guiding and developing the next generation of junior engineers and technical staff.

• Commercial Oversight: Preparing fee proposals and managing project resources effectively

About You

This role will be ideal for those looking to take the next step in their career and to help continue building on the success and growth of the company. You will have a minimum of 8 years Civil Engineering experience in a similar role and
worked on multi million dollar projects previously.

To be successful, you will have:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and the also Chartered status (CPEng) or eligibility for Chartership with Engineers Australia.

• Proven experience in leading projects from inception to handover

• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Water/Sewer, Stormwater, Roads.

• Strong verbal and written skills
