Key Responsibilities
Meeting Support: Facilitate the preparation and distribution of official agendas and meeting documentation.
Digital Management: Maintain content on internal and external digital platforms and support specialised governance software.
Financial Admin: Handle procurement tasks, including processing invoices and managing purchase orders.
Record Keeping: Oversee the archiving of official papers and maintain statutory registers and policy manuals.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Provide high-level customer service to internal teams and external community members
About You
Local Government experience is highly advantageous.
Relevant qualification in Business Management or Public Administration (highly desirable)
Advanced technical skills in the MS Office suite and web content management.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
A current Driver’s License and willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
