Key Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining an integrated master schedule for projects or operations, including identifying milestones and deadlines.
Assessing & requesting allocation of resources (time, personnel, materials) across different tasks and projects to meet milestone targets.
Working with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to understand project requirements and dependencies.
Identifying potential schedule conflicts and risks and assisting in development of mitigation strategies.
Tracking progress against the schedule, identifying variances, and reporting on project status.
Evaluating and refining the scheduling process to improve efficiency and effectiveness as directed & approved by Programs Operations Planning Manager.

About the role:
The Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive & current schedule that integrates all activities to ensure successful project or operational execution. They create, input & maintain data for Project Delivery Plans, Risk & Issue registers & Contract Master schedules across an enterprise programs portfolio. This position reports directly to the Programs Operations Planning Manager and works closely with the Program Analyst to ensure a cohesive approach to reporting and analysis of program status.
