SAP Analytics Lead | 24-Month Contract | Melbourne | Hybrid
A major Australian organisation is undergoing a high-profile SAP S/4HANA transformation, and they need an experienced Analytics Lead to own the reporting and analytics workstream end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong executive sponsorship and real scope to shape lasting analytics capability across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, from design and configuration through to deployment
- Establishing standard reporting frameworks and templates to ensure consistency of BI outputs across the program
- Driving data governance, quality, and lifecycle management within the S/4HANA environment
- Translating business stakeholder requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP analytics solutions
- Designing and developing front-end reporting outputs using SAP analytics tooling
- Ensuring analytics and reporting components are integrated with the broader solution design
- Supporting UAT and training activities across the reporting and analytics workstream
- Managing risks and issues within the analytics workstream, escalating to the Program Director as needed
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (mandatory)
- Strong background in data reporting and analytics within S/4HANA environments
- Experience leading analytics workstreams on large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Proficiency with SAP front-end reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Fiori, CDS Views, or BW/4HANA
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles
- Confident communicating with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Experience with SAP BTP and Agile delivery methodologies (desirable)
