A Glimpse into Your Day
Working within a close-knit team, you'll report directly to a highly supportive and energetic Customer Service Manager who is passionate about their team's success. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for a diverse range of clients. You will:
- Be the dedicated point of contact for key project customers
- Drive the sales process by accurately managing orders, returns, and credits using SAP.
- Track forward orders and backorders, keeping customers informed
- Skillfully manage and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and pricing queries.
- Add value by advising customers on new promotions and managing stock availability.

What You'll Bring to the Table

- Proven experience in a similar Customer Service, or Order Processing role.
- Strong proficiency with SAP
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
