About the Role
As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the team, keeping orders and customer service running smoothly. You’ll work closely with a kind, empathetic manager and a small, close-knit team of four. This full-time role runs on a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends, offering variety and well-earned days off during the week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing and entering customer sales orders
- Raising sales invoices and keeping records up to date
- Organising deliveries with customers and suppliers
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting internal processes and working collaboratively with your team

About You
- Experience in customer service, order processing, administration, sales administration or sales support
- Friendly and proactive communicator
