This role will see you involved as a property expert providing advice on property matters to facilitate decision making and assist in negotiating and influencing collaborative outcomes. Duties:Provide specialist property advice to senior management in relation to property disposals.Ensure compliance with departmental and whole of government procurement requirements to engage property specialists (including valuers and real estate agents) to provide advice and assist the department in the disposal process.Conduct complex and sensitive negotiations with respect to property disposal issues.
