About the Role:
We are looking for 2 passionate Diploma-qualified Educators / Responsible Persons to join our close-knit team. In this role you will join a team of experienced professionals who play an integral role in enriching the lives of school aged children and supporting the Directors with the daily operations of within the service. This role is offering between 20-25 hours per week with split shifts.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a team and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Develop and implement creative and engaging ideas and activities that promote learning, fun and growth
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Implementing OSHC Programs
- Oversee daily operations, adhering to policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Build positive working relationships with parents, guardians and the school community
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills
- Manage staffing, ensuring ratio and framework is compliant

About You:
Our successful educators will be confident in stepping into the Responsible Person (RP) role and understands the National Quality Framework (NQF), along with relevant legislation and regulations. You will be passionate about working within a team and an excellent communicator, who can talk to children, parents, colleagues and community members with ease.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent OSHC Approved qualification
- Responsible Person Training (or willing to obtain)
- RTO Child Protection Qualification
- Current Child Care First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certification
- Food Handling Certificate
