Key Responsibilities

• Operate SideArm or Rear Loader trucks for residential kerbside collection
  
  

• Follow scheduled routes, ensuring timely and safe collections
  
  

• Support offsiders/runners as required
  
  

• Maintain strict safety practices, including PPE usage and hazard reporting
  
  

• Communicate effectively with operations on any route or maintenance updates
  
  

Requirements

• Valid HR Truck Licence
  
  

• 6–12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)
  
  

• Reliable transport to and from depot
  
  

• Physical fitness to climb in and out of trucks and lift up to 30 kg
  
  

• Strong commitment to teamwork and safety
  
  

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and a police check
  
  

• RMS driving history report required
  
  

Please note: During your first two weeks, you will be paid as an offsider while completing compliance training.
