Join us on a rewarding journey as a healthcare recruitment consultant, placing aged care nurses and support workers, working from our Brisbane OR Gold Coast office. As we redefine recruitment, your role will be instrumental in developing opportunities with clients and nurturing relationships, identifying top talent for job opportunities and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

We also have an opportunity to recruit nurses for regional & metro QLD hospitals.

A day in the Life of a Recruiter:

• Build and manage your relationship with different stakeholders across QLD
• Business development with new aged care facilities
• Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
• Screening, interviewing and presentation of nurses and support workers
