The role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Randstad's Industrial Division, you'll focus on growing our presence within the public sector, placing blue-collar talent into roles such as gardeners, forklift operators, labourers, landscapers, and maintenance workers.
This desk requires a strong business development focus, where you'll be responsible for identifying & building a good rapport with hiring managers in the WA public sector. Through your excellent customer service, organisation skills and proactivity, you can build a reputation as a trusted specialist with clients. The role also involves sourcing suitable candidates that can meet Randstad's quality recruitment requirements.
You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team that recently won Office of the Quarter. The team works in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days from home. We value team players who also hold themselves accountable to a high standard. Great results for your persistent efforts will enable you with individual commission on top of your base salary and super.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and bring on new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
- Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
- Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful & compliant matches.
About you
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in institutional sales is essential for this role. Any recruitment experience and/or experience working with the public sector will be advantageous.
- You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
- As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where success is measured by results.
