The role
Join us on a rewarding journey as a healthcare recruitment consultant, placing aged care professionals, working from our Sydney CBD office. As we redefine recruitment, your role will be instrumental in developing opportunities with clients and nurturing relationships, identifying top talent for nursing and support work opportunities as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your relationship with aged care providers
- Business development and growth of new clients
- Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling for permanent opportunities
- Screening, interviewing and presentation of nurses and support workers
