1–3 years of experience in records management, document control, or a high-volume data environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Experience or knowledge of Kodak scanning applications or document scanning is highly regarded.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with document management software.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process of digitisation and scanning of hard copy files.
Perform high-volume, meticulous data entry and quality assurance checks.
Handle physical records management, including sorting, filing, culling, and boxing.
Maintain precise document location tracking within the records management system (CM9 experience is a huge plus!).
