Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Records Officers. Multiple positions are available and the duration of assignments range between 2-6 months with opportunity for extension.The location of work is Adelaide CBD. Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage and maintain physical and electronic records in accordance with policies and legal requirements
- Organise, categorise, and index records for easy retrieval and ensure proper storage of sensitive information
- Ensure the timely destruction or archiving of outdated records
- Assist in preparing records for audits, compliance reviews, and legal matters
- Assist in the implementation of records management policies and procedures
- Contribute to and facilitate the efficient flow of information and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all records
Skills/Experience:
- Public sector records management experience
- Knowledge of records management systems and practices
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to records management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and records management software
- Ability to manage large volumes of information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
