Your New Role
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our team as the Receptionist in our beautiful office in Sydney CBD. You will report into and be mentored by the Executive Assistant to the CEO, who has been with Randstad for 25 years and is highly regarded in the business for their supportive and warm management style.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
About You:
- Previous experience in a Reception or Customer Service role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is desirable.
