Business Analyst | Identity & Access Management | 3-Month Contract | $850/day inc. super
A leading healthcare organisation is undertaking a focused Identity & Access Management (IDAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) initiative, and needs an experienced BA to help shape and deliver it. This is a hands-on contract role with a defined scope and a collaborative team environment.
What you'll be doing
- Eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements for IDAM and RBAC solutions
- Mapping current-state access management processes and defining future-state models
- Working with technical and security teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and specifications
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews across business and IT groups
- Supporting solution design and contributing to testing and implementation phases
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated BA experience on IDAM, RBAC, or identity governance projects
- Strong requirements documentation and process mapping skills
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in complex or regulated environments (healthcare experience well regarded)
- Familiarity with access management principles, directory services, or IAM platforms is advantageous

- Rate: Up to $850/day inc. super — this is the maximum budget for the role
- Contract: 3 months
- Location: Inner Suburbs - Melbourne
- On-site: 2 to 3 days per week, flexible
