𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Facilitate discovery sessions with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements, ensuring alignment between project goals and technical deliverables.
* Communicate complex concepts in plain language to everyone from frontline staff to the C-suite, ensuring consistent adoption of digital tooling and AI across the business.
* Partner with internal Data and IT team to act as the bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify workflows or bottlenecks that can be solved using technology.
* Assist in the assessment of everyday tasks for opportunities to use AI to automate manual processes, saving time and improving team productivity.
